Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original box with all protective padding to ensure they arrive at our warehouse undamaged.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
